The Marble Age Begins
Bob Burden is bringing a little mystery to Dark Horse. Through his own publishing house, Marble Comics, Burden will release a new Mysterymen trade at Dark Horse. The trade will collect the first four issues of the classic series that inspired the movie, and features the first appearance of Flip Flap Flop, a Kirby-esque monster from Journey into Astonish, a comic soon to come from the Marble Comics Group.
The trade will debut with a signed and numbered limited preview edition of 200 copies just for the San Diego Comic Con. There will also be a first peek at a new line of superheroes from Burden, The Mysterians. The book will be on sale at the Dark Horse retail booth (#2615) for $19.99, where Burden will be doing signings over the weekend. He will also be giving away exclusive limited edition Mysterymen trading cards at the Dark Horse Booth.
