Disney gives us a sneak peek at the CGI series Tron: Uprising, a 10-part Disney XD cable series that is slated to premiere in June. The TV series is supposed to bridge the gap between the original Tron movie and 2010′s Tron: Legacy sequel.

In an interview with MTV News, actor Bruce Boxleitner, who voices Tron on the animated series said, “In this story, Tron is a much more battle-hardened warrior than you’ve seen before,” he said. “It’s like The Mask of Zorro, where he’s looking for a young one to train and to have that master-student relationship.”
