Karen Gillan Pulls Her Hair Out
Karen Gillan appeared at a Marvel press panel at Comic-Con and revealed that she has been wearing a wig.
The actress, who gained popularity for playing Amy Pond on Dr. Who, shaved her head to play the role of Nebula in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy movie.
In the comic books Nebula leads a band of space pirates and mercenaries. At one point she seized control of the spaceship Sanctuary II, which previously was under the command of Thanos. Something that could play into a connection with the after credits reveal of the first Avengers movie.
