WizK!ds is branching their HeroClix game out into a new direction. In August the company will be releasing a line of Street Fighter HeroClix. Now your tabletop clix battles can pit the popular video game characters against your favorite comic book characters.
The Street Fighter HeroClix game will launch with a starter pack for $19.99 that features Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Dhalsim, Blanka and Guile. The starter set will also include character cards, 4 exclusive maps, 2 custom dice, and the updated 2011 HeroClix rulebook. Additionally, there will be 21 other figures that will come packaged as individual figures for $2.99.
Adding Street Fighter to HeroClix is kind of a cool idea, but I would rather that WizK!dz would spend their time on bringing back the awesome Mage Knight clix game.
