Toys ‘R’ Us has teamed with Bandai America Incorporated, and online retailer Entertainment Earth, for an exclusive classic Thundercats figure. Fans attending the San Diego Comic-Con can pick-up a Lion-O action figure modeled after the original 1980’s cartoon.
The SDCC exclusive Classic Lion-O figure will be 8-inches tall with 18 points of articulation, and have a light metallic finish. The action figure will come with two versions of the Sword of Omens, a small retracted version, and the large extended form, as well as his Claw Shield, and a stand that holds the accessories.
The figure will be available from the Entertainment Earth booth (#2343) at the show, or from Toysrus.com/comiccon2011 starting on Sunday, July 24. Numbers are limited. And for autograph hounds, Larry Kenney, the voice of the original Lion-O, will be signing at the booth at Comic-Con on Friday, July 22 from 5-7 PM.
