The National Entertainment Collectibles Association, Inc. (NECA) has purchased the majority of the assets of WizKids Inc. from The Topps Company Inc. Included in this acquisition is the award-winning Clix family of games, which includes HeroClix, ActionClix, HorrorClix and SportsClix.
