SANDS OF JAKKU
The first episode of Star Wars: Forces of Destiny has been released on Disney’s YouTube channel. It is a close to 3-minute long episode titled: Sands of Jakku. The story picks up right after Rey meets BB-8.
Daisy Ridley is reprising her role as Rey for the animated series. And Lupita Nyong’o will again play Maz Kanata.
Seven more episodes are scheduled to debut on Disney’s YouTube channel, with eight more coming some time this fall on the Disney Channel.
